In very infrequent cases can happen that none of two members, of the couple have reproductive cells. Oocytes and sperms, being at the time necessary the donation of embryos.
These can come from realized donations for couples who in the past have surrendered to cycles of FIV and that have decided donate part of the embryos obtained, or of cycles of donation of oocytes, being these inseminated with donor's semen.
The rates of pregnancy are similar to the obtained ones, with the donation of oocytes around 60%.
